This one was quite easy as I didn't even edit the clothes. But god is it time consuming :LBtw, I do these by drawing a pose on paper, uploading it to gimp and filling it in. Cutting out medolls head and getting some clothes. I would do the clothes myself, but they always end up with bumpy edges and look horrible.
